Store Policy

Orders may take 1-2 business days to ship. A sale, promotion, or holiday may delay the shipping by 1-2 more business days. Please understand we are working as quickly and as efficiently as we can to get your orders out to you!

We can't make changes to your order once it has shipped and once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. 

It is important to put a valid email and phone number with your order. This is how we will contact you if we have a question about your order. We do NOT give out phone numbers and emails.

We ship via USPS; PO Boxes and APO addresses are accepted. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the US. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information! A re-shipping fee may apply to orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect entry of shipping address.

You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the ship date, along with a copy of your receipt, for store credit only. Send returns to

If you feel your received a defective item or the wrong item, please call us right away!

We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demand for our products. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. Orders that do not meet the 14 day return policy will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. Your package will be returned to you at your expense if this happens! If your return qualifies we will email you a code for Store Credit (does not expire) for you to use on your next purchase.

We suggest you obtain a tracking number when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to us. 

 

In Store Pickup

In store pickup is now available. Simply select "Store Pickup" as a shipping option at checkout, a $5 shipping fee will be applied at checkout and then refunded once your order is picked up. Orders will be available for pickup 2 hours after the order is placed. Orders not picked up after 7 days (unless otherwise notified of later pickup) will be returned to stock and store credit will be issued. If someone other than the person listed on the order is picking up, please notify us by commenting on your order form or by emailing or calling us.
